Hello beauties!  Today's fashion victim is surifrancesca.  Let's just say I approve today.  I love how this outfit has pale colors but they stand out just the right way.  Do they not?  It's so girly and whimsical.  I love it!  Her make up even looks good! (Yeah, even the fish face looks good in this).  I applaud you!
